Kobii · the company brain

Your company keeps having
the same conversations.
Kobii remembers them so you don't have to.

Kobii connects to the tools your team already uses — Slack, Drive, Granola, Asana — reads what happens in them, and builds a living brain your whole company can ask questions to.

How it works

Sources flow in. The brain compiles. Knowledge comes out.

01
Ingest

Slack, Drive, Asana, Granola, email — Kobii reads continuously. Webhooks for real-time, scheduled sync for the rest. Chit-chat and personal conversations are filtered out at the source.

02
Compile

An LLM writes structured markdown articles. One topic, one article, many sources over time. Corrections are new sources, never edits. Contradictions are flagged, not hidden.

03
Retrieve

Three surfaces: talk to Kobii, browse the brain, or connect via MCP / REST. Every answer carries inline citations back to the exact source it came from.

Three ways to use it

Meet the brain through whatever surface fits your context.

Talk to Kobii

Open a conversation. Ask a question, request a plan, draft an email. Every claim carries a citation. Live data when it matters; the wiki when it doesn't.

Browse the brain

See what the company knows. List, graph, and article views. Full version history — trace any claim back to the Slack thread or doc it came from.

Connect

MCP server and REST API. Put the company brain inside Claude Code or any LLM workflow. Scoped API keys, SKILL.md export.

Pricing

Straightforward. Per seat. Real trial, not a crippled demo.
